These delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic and an increase in package shipments have caused many consumers’ bill payments to be received late. In turn, this many times has led to late fees and/or cancellations of services.
The insurance industry has seen its share of policyholders inquiring about delayed invoices and delayed checks clearing. We at Underwood Anderson Insurance want to encourage our clients at this time to consider choosing the online or over-the-phone payment options if possible and use the postal service only if you have no other option.
